CHALLENGE

The National Recovery and Resilience Plan Greece 2.0 was directly created to address the economic and social impact of the Covid-19 crisis in the context of the largest EU funding program, NextGenerationEU. The main objective of the communication was to widely inform and educate the public and citizens about the objectives, tangible benefits and impact of Greece 2.0 on the daily lives of citizens.

ACTIONS

As a new financial mechanism, communication focused on informing about the program and its actions:

• Creation of the website greece20.gov.gr and its social media pages and their continuous feed with content on the implementation process.
• Creation of a 360-awareness campaign
• Organization of a press conference on the implementation progress
• Creation of the Communication Guide of Greece 2.0 Plan

IMPACT

Greece 2.0 was the starting point of our national development. With 105 investments and 75 reforms, it invests in our common future and leads the country into the new era: energy transition, digital state, better social infrastructure and jobs.
